I made these making the filling as written in this recipe. Instead of using the phyllo dough I used crescent rolls like another recipe used here on Taste of Home. I really liked the ease of the crescent rolls in making the samosas. I will definitely be making these again. We used a tamarind sauce to serve on theses. The tamarind sauce recipe was given to me from a coworker from Pakistan.
