Tarragon Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon or 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon minced chives
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Dash pepper

Directions

  • Beat all ingredients until blended. Shape into a log; wrap in plastic. Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to several months
Editor's Note: Spread butter on French bread before toasting, season cooked vegetables with it or use when cooking fish.
