Tarragon Asparagus

I grow purple asparagus, so I'm always looking for new ways to prepare it. Recently, my husband and I discovered how wonderful any color of asparagus tastes when it's grilled. —Sue Gronholz, Beaver Dam, Wisconsin

We had this recipe as part of our Easter menu. They were absolutely delicious even though they weren't purple!!! We are still digging out from the snowy winter so using the grill was not an option; I used the broiler instead. I used a tad less honey. We love the taste of tarragon so we savored each bite. Thanks, Sue!
