  • 2 packages (14 ounces each) coleslaw mix
  • 1 jar (13 ounces) coleslaw salad dressing
  • 1 cup salted cashews or macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped fresh or canned pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped fresh sugar snap peas
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
