Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped shallot
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Toss together all ingredients; spread in a 15x10x1-in. pan. Roast until peas are crisp-tender, 8-10 minutes, stirring once.
