  • 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin
  • 1-1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Graham crackers, optional


  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except graham crackers; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. If desired, garnish with graham crackers.
