Place popcorn and nuts in a large bowl; set aside. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, orange peel, orange juice and cinnamon. Bring to a boil. Pour over popcorn mixture; toss to coat. Transfer to an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, stirring twice. Cool completely on waxed paper. Store in an airtight container.
