Ingredients

  • 1 package (6-1/2 ounces) pizza crust mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 plum tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled tomato and basil feta cheese

  • 3/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen chopped broccoli

  3. Bake at 450° for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
