I am always looking for nutritious breakfast recipes that I can take to work. I made this the night before; divided it between two ramekins; and refrigerated it overnight. I warmed it up at work the next morning and it was delicious. Thank you, Bernice.

instead of orange juice, i just cut an orange and mix it in, really good.
