No-Bake Raisin Bars com from Dawn Fagestrom of Warren, Minnesota. "Hearty bars like these really fight hunger on the road," Dawn reports.


  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 5 cups multi-grain puffed rice cereal
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. In a large saucepan, melt marshmallows and butter over low heat; stir until smooth. Stir in the cereal, raisins, walnuts and cinnamon; toss to coat. Pat into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. pan. Cool. Cut into bars.
