  • 1 prebaked 12-inch thin pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 4 slices provolone cheese, cut in half
  • 6 slices tomato
  • 1 package (3 ounces) smoked salmon or lox
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Chopped chives, optional


  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Place crust on an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan. Spread with ranch dressing; top with provolone cheese. Arrange tomato and salmon over provolone; sprinkle with feta cheese.
  2. Bake until cheese is melted and golden, 15-20 minutes. If desired, top with chopped chives.
