Grilled Peach Crisps

Most of the fat and sugar is eliminated from this grilled version of peach cobbler. A perfect finish to a summer barbecue, this dessert always impresses our guests. —Michelle Sandoval, Escalon, California

Sounds wonderful. Will make it this weekend - I have tons of peaches and would like to make something sweet that won't heat up the kitchen. Nectarines and pineapple would be good this way, too, I bet.
