Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, cream peanut butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  2. Shape level tablespoonfuls into balls. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets; flatten with a fork. Bake at 350° for 16-18 minutes or until set. Cool for 5 minutes; remove to wire racks.
