- 2 tablespoons turkey drippings

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch, drippings, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually whisk in broth and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened.
