  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • In a small bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg until smooth. Spread on breads and bagels.
