Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
I like to dunk these appetizer meatballs in blue cheese or ranch salad dressing. If I make them for a meal, I often skip the dressing and serve with blue cheese polenta on the side. —Amber Massey, Argyle, Texas

If a recipe is going to make you divide an egg, it better have a good reason. I don't think this one does (unless it's to reduce calories or fat, but one egg yolk over 24 meatballs is not going to make that much of an impact). Throw the whole egg in!
I made this tonight and two of us ate almost all of the meatballs. It was great. I did add one large minced garlic clove and one minced scallion. I used 1/2 cup of panko. This is definitely a keeper.
This recipe is a great alternative to chicken wings! I have made them twice now. The second time, I cut the celery up finer and tried in the air fryer. It didn't make much of a different from baking but I did like the smaller pieces of celery. I tossed in wing sauce when they were done and dipped in blue cheese.
This was excellent! I cut down on the bread crumbs like everyone suggested and they came out perfect. I also used Frank's buffalo sauce.
These were REALLY good! You can easily adjust the heat by adding more or less hot sauce.

Yum. I doubled it, used whole egg. Then made the real buffalo sauce with butter and vinegar to toss them in. Addictive, but not as healthy. Would be good even without hot sauce , or served on the side at a party for those who don’t like the heat.

Tasty recipe, read reviews and added only 1/3 c breadcrumbs. Please get more realistic when it comes to cost per serving: $0.02 is not even remotely possible! Thanks!
Thanks so much I can't wait to try them out for a baby shower Saturday . Teresa c p.s thinking about trying it with ground turkey as well two different ones for the party
