  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons 2% milk
  • 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 pounds turkey breast cutlets
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed


  1. In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs and milk. In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and salt. Dip turkey slices in egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter; brown turkey in batches 2 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
