Balsamic Three-Bean Salad

Here's my little girl's favorite salad. She devours it just about as fast as I can make it. I suggest preparing it ahead of time so the flavors can get to know each other. —Stacey Feather, Jay, Oklahoma

I was hoping this was more vinegary, but it just tasted like beans. My toddlers loved it, though.

Looks really good and I love bean salads. Question: Is it Balsamic Vinegar or an actual Balsamic Vinaigrette???

So easy, and you can definitely "cheat" and use steam in bag green beans if you can't get fresh. Good the first day, even better the next day!

Salad is good. Recipe does make quite a bit so I will probably make a 1/2 recipe next time.

Excellent! I did omit the sugar, and I didn't have Cannellini beans so I substitutedGreat Northern.

My husband loves this. This way I can control the sugar. I used frozen green beans, pinto beans instead of kidney beans , a little less salt.

This was my daughter's favorite salad when she was a child. The only difference is that I make my own balsamic vinaigrette using a basic vinaigrette recipe and add less sugar.
