Bacon-Stuffed Mushrooms

I baked the mushrooms instead of broiling. Hubby loved these but I thought they needed more flavor. That said, it is a quick, easy recipe. Maybe adding some chopped bacon and cheese on top if I make this again.
These were a delicious easy tailgate snack food! I added bacon bits to the top for added flavor and looks.
Added crumbled bacon also on top to give more bacon flavor
Delicious! I used a clove of garlic, minced, instead of garlic powder. Guest always love them. If I have any leftovers, which is rare, I eat them cold, straight from the fridge.

These were delicious and came together very quickly. I did as other reviews mentioned and baked first to cook the mushrooms, then broil, but my cheese melted too much. The flavor was still there and just wonderful, but not as pretty as they should have been. Will follow the recipe exactly next time.
I was looking for a simole mushroom recipe to make for an appetizer. This was awesome! Very simple. I did use real bacon that i cooked and sprinkled with some shredded cheddar.
Super good and super simple. I used the Garden Vegetable for a little added flavor.
