Different and delicious. My son in law does not like apples and he said he would eat apples if he had this dip. Would recommend removing from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving and giving it a good stir. I had mine in a nice bowl ready to serve when I pulled out of the refrigerator and it was very thick and hard to dip in. Once it softened up, all was perfect. My daughter who does not like cream cheese kept on calling it caramel dip. She did not know there was cream cheese in it. Will add to my regular fall rotation.

I spread caramel ice cream topping on the top and sprinkled with a crushed Heath Bar.

This is quick, easy, creamy dip that tastes like caramel, but isn’t super sticky.

Pretty good recipe. And easy. Don't judge it until you have it with a sliced apple (on its own, it tastes a bit too cream-cheesey). But paired with the apples, it creates this smooth and crunchy goodness. Yes, there is a lot of sugar...But just use it in moderation (like most yummy recipes)! The taste is a similar sweetness/combo to a carameled apple.

This was a huge hit at our Family Christmas Celebration. Everyone was crazy about it. I used Heath Toffee Bits I am sure this will be added to the list of favorites that will be requested every year.
