Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin (3/4 pound)
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°. Trim silver skin from tenderloin if desired; pat dry. In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients; spread over tenderloin. Place in greased air fryer. Cook until a thermometer reads 145°, 18 to 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
