This recipe is special to me because the flavor reminds me of my mother's lamb roast that cooks all day. It's a special meal that doesn't take much time or effort, so you can have it all year. — Dorice Winston, Concord, North Carolina

  • 1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 fresh thyme sprig or 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon herbes de Provence
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 lamb rib chops (about 1 inch thick and 3 ounces each)

  1. In a large bowl or shallow dish, combine the first 10 ingredients. Add lamb; turn to coat. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
  2. Drain lamb, discarding marinade. Preheat air fryer to 390°. In batches, arrange chops in greased air fryer. Cook until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°), 4-5 minutes on each side. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
