  • 1 tube (4 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1-1/4 teaspoons orange juice

  1. Unroll crescent dough into 1 rectangle; seal perforations. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a short side; pinch seam to seal. Using a serrated knife, cut into 4 slices.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 350°. Place rolls, pinched side down, in ungreased ramekins or individual silicone muffin cups. Place in air fryer. Cook until golden brown, 8-12 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. In a small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar and orange juice; drizzle over rolls.
Air-Fryer Cinnamon Rolls Tips

Do you need to preheat the air fryer before cooking cinnamon rolls?

Much like an oven, air fryers need to preheat before you add the food. This ensures that your dishes start to cook right away. Because air fryers are fairly small, they typically take only a few minutes to reach the targeted temperature. Check your manufacturers guide for the correct timings. Can you reheat cinnamon rolls in the air fryer?

You can certainly reheat these cinnamon rolls in the air fryer. If you know you’re going to eat them later, withhold the glaze until they’re hot. Reheat at the same temperature for 4-6 minutes or until warm.

What other kinds of glaze can you make for air-fryer cinnamon rolls?

This recipe calls for a quick confectioners' sugar and orange juice mix, but an easy cream cheese frosting will amp up the flavor. You can also switch it up with one of our favorite homemade frosting recipes—try peanut butter or cinnamon for a fun breakfast treat!
