Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower (about 2-1/4 pounds), cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • Blue cheese salad dressing

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°. Toss cauliflower with oil. Place in a single layer on tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until tender and lightly browned, 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl; toss with wing sauce. Serve with dressing.
